Terms of Service

Last updated: April 15, 2026

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using limited.live ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

02

Platform Overview

limited.live is a multi-brand crowdfunded merchandise platform operated by Dad Studio. The Platform hosts collections from partner brands, communities, and projects ("Partner Collections"). Each collection contains products that are manufactured only after a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is reached. Products may be offered as limited-edition (one-time production) or as recurring drops that can be re-run in multiple production rounds.

03

Crowdfunded Pre-Orders

All products on limited.live operate on a crowdfunding model. When you place a pre-order, your payment is held in a smart contract escrow until the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is reached. Once the MOQ is reached, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, as materials are purchased and manufacturing begins immediately. Products may run multiple production rounds; each round independently tracks its own MOQ. If a product is paused or a collection is temporarily suspended before the MOQ is met, your escrowed funds remain safe and can be refunded.

04

Product & Collection Availability

Products and collections on the Platform may be launched, paused, resumed, or removed at the discretion of limited.live or the Partner Collection administrator. A paused product or collection remains visible but does not accept new orders. Products or collections may be hidden from the storefront entirely. If a product is removed or permanently cancelled before reaching its MOQ, all escrowed funds for that product will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet.

05

Smart Contract Escrow

Payments made through cryptocurrency are processed via smart contracts on the Ethereum network. These contracts hold funds in escrow and release them at production milestones. For private payments made through the Railgun protocol via anon.inc, a cryptographic commitment is stored on-chain alongside your escrowed funds. This commitment enables fund recovery without revealing your wallet identity. While we make every effort to ensure smart contract security, on-chain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet address, transaction details, and recovery commitment are correct before confirming any payment. If you use private payments, your wallet is responsible for securely storing the recovery secret. Loss of this secret may prevent you from recovering funds.

06

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. We accept USDC stablecoin and debit card payments through our Coinbase Pay on-ramp.

07

Shipping & Delivery

Production begins once the MOQ is met and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. After production, orders are shipped from our manufacturing partners or our facility in Los Angeles. Delivery times vary by destination. Order and shipping details are shared with our manufacturing and fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import duties, or carrier issues. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

08

Returns & Order Issues

Due to the limited-edition, made-to-order nature of our products, all pre-orders are final once production has begun. If a product has not yet reached its MOQ, you may request a cancellation and refund. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis. For private payments (via Railgun/anon.inc), fund recovery is handled by submitting your cryptographic recovery secret to the escrow contract. You may direct recovered funds to any wallet address you choose, preserving your transaction privacy. It is your responsibility to retain access to your recovery secret, as limited.live cannot recover lost secrets.

09

Partner Collections & Third-Party Brands

The Platform hosts merchandise collections from third-party brands, communities, and projects. Each Partner Collection is managed by its respective team under permissions granted by limited.live. Partner administrators may have access to order data, product management, and fulfillment information for their specific collection only. limited.live is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, or representations of partner brands outside of this Platform.

10

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including designs, artwork, logos, text, photographs, and code, is the property of limited.live, Dad Studio, or our partner projects and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission. Partner project logos and names are used under license.

11

User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (c) create multiple accounts to circumvent per-wallet or per-person purchase limits; (d) engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of limited.live or its partner projects; or (e) attempt to manipulate or exploit the smart contract escrow system.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, limited.live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, or wallet security breaches. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

13

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
