Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when placing an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. When you connect a crypto wallet, we record your public wallet address. We also collect standard usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through analytics tools.

02

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: (a) process and fulfill your orders; (b) communicate order updates, shipping notifications, and customer support; (c) improve the Platform's functionality and user experience; (d) detect and prevent fraud; and (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

03

Network & Wallet Data

When you interact with our smart contracts, transaction data is recorded on the Ethereum network. Your public wallet address is visible on-chain as part of any transaction you sign, as is standard for blockchain payments. We do not link wallet addresses to personal identities in any publicly accessible way. On-chain data is used solely for order verification, escrow management, and fund distribution.

04

Payment Processing

Debit card payments are processed through our Coinbase Pay on-ramp by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through smart contracts on the network. Each payment processor has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

05

Data Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to operate the Platform: (a) with shipping carriers to deliver your orders; (b) with payment processors to handle transactions; (c) with manufacturing partners who produce your orders (limited to order details, sizes, quantities, and shipping information needed for production and fulfillment); (d) with Partner Collection administrators who manage their respective collections on the Platform (limited to order and product data within their assigned collections); and (e) when required by law or legal process. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

06

Admin & Team Access

The Platform uses a role-based permission system for administrative access. The Platform operator (Super Admin) may grant team members and Partner Collection administrators specific permissions to view or manage orders, products, collections, and fulfillment data. Team members are granted only the minimum access necessary for their role. Collection-scoped access ensures that partner administrators can only view data related to their assigned collections. All administrative access is controlled, auditable, and revocable by the Super Admin. Sensitive operations such as fund release and wallet address changes require explicit authorization.

07

Manufacturer Access

When your order enters production, our manufacturing partners receive access to batch order details through a secure manufacturer portal. This includes product specifications, order quantities, size breakdowns, and shipping information necessary to produce and ship your order. Manufacturers do not receive your wallet address, payment details, or any financial information. Access is limited to the specific production batch and expires after fulfillment is complete.

08

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (such as theme selection and wallet connection state). We may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings without affecting core Platform functionality.

09

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. Administrative access is protected by wallet-based authentication and granular permission controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Smart contract escrow provides additional security for payment data through decentralized, auditable code.

10

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including order history and customer support. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Note that on-chain transaction records cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of the network.

11

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or restrict certain processing; and (e) data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@limited.live. We will respond within 30 days.

12

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

13

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
